Home Workouts … I’ve been using P90X’s Yoga cd and their Stretching cd now for a while. While both cds are really great – they are just LONG… especially the yoga cd – it’s an hour and a half!! So, I found myself just not even getting to them, because the time-commitment was daunting!
However …. yesterday I ordered two cds by Rodney Yee and they are TWENTY minutes! One is called “A.M. Yoga for Your Week” and includes five different 20 minute workouts, and the other is called “Power Yoga – Flexibility” which is a 25 minute workout designed to relieve tightness. I really think I will do yoga more often now that I have these shorter options. I’m excited to get started!
I’m glad I saw this because I use P90X and while I love them I, too have a problem with how long they are. I usually just do half the Yoga. I just haven’t had time to investigate any thing else. Now I have something specific to look into. Are they working for you?
I like the “Yoga for Impatient People” LOL!! It’s one cd with 5 different 20 minute workouts on it. I’ve mostly done the stretching one for back over and over again. Twenty minutes is about right for me!
