This oatmeal recipe is really good too, but it does have more carbohydrates, so if you’re trying to stay low-carb, just omit the applesauce. This recipe is adapted from Tom Venuto’s recipe in his ebook Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle.
Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
Ingredients
1/4 Cup Oatmeal
1/3 Cup Almond Milk
1 Scoop BSN Fresh Cinnamon Roll Protein Powder
1 Container Natural Unsweetened Applesauce
Combine oatmeal and almond milk. Microwave one minute. Stir in applesauce and protein powder.
