Today’s workout was intense. I did Abs (because I missed them yesterday) and biceps. I also did an intense 10 minute warmup on the elliptical and an intense 10 minutes on the stairmaster at the end. Later today I did a 20 minute walk and a 20 minute yoga class.

- Hanging Leg Raises (bent knee today to mix it up)
- Woodchoppers with cable
- Rope Pulldows
- Inchworms on the balance ball
Lower Back
- DB Deadlifts
- Hyperextensions
- Back Extension Machine
Biceps
- Hammer Curls
- Seated Side Curls
