I’m pleasantly sore from yesterday’s workout. I did a pump workout for upper body/shoulder girdle (see yesterday’s post) and it was tough but good. Today I was running a little short on time, but managed to fit in most of my pump workout for today; legs, bis, tris, and abs. Legs were pretty tough as lactic acid built up pretty quickly. I stuck it out though and did 20 reps for each set. Here’s what I did:
Leg Extensions
Leg Press
Calves (on the Leg Press)
Hammer Curls
Preacher Curls
DB Kickbacks
Roman Chair
Tomorrow is extensive cardio day. I’m planning on 45-60 minutes. I won’t be doing any weights because my body is pretty tapped from working my full body over the last two days. Stay tuned as tomorrow’s cardio is also going to be something new….
