.94 oz BSN choc fudge prot
.93 oz oats – ground to flour
1.65 oz banana
1T cocoa powd
1/2 t. instant coffee or (1/8 t peppermint extract)
chop banana, microwave 30 sec, add rest and 1-2 tsp of water…. makes a sticky goop. I plop on waxed paper, fold paper over and kind of flatten. freeze, next day I bring out about 10 min before eating and cut in sticks… oh so good.
